Whiskey Smash Cocktail

• 4 wedges Lemon, leave 1 for garnish
• 4 Mint leaves, leave 1 for garnish
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• 2 oz Whisky

How to Make a Whisky Smash Cocktail

1. Muddle lemon in a shaker tin.
2. Add ice and remaining ingredients to small shaker tin and shake vigorously.
3. Double-strain contents of shaker over ice in a rocks glass
4. Garnish with mint, lemon wedge and enjoy.
